Membership questions
How much does membership cost, and is there tax?
Membership starts at $10 a year for Associate, $35 a year for Participating, and $100 a year for Corporate or Group. There is also a one-time $100 Individual Lifetime option. No tax is charged on membership.
What is the difference between the tiers?
Associate is the simplest way to support us and stay connected. Participating adds your own public artist profile. Corporate or Group is for organizations and businesses. Individual Lifetime is a one-time membership that never renews.
What do I get as a Participating member?
A public artist profile on our website that you can edit yourself, with a bio, photo, gallery and links, plus the chance to take part in our exhibitions and a voice in Richmond's arts community.
Do I have to be an artist to join?
Not at all. Anyone who wants to support the arts in Richmond is welcome. Associate membership is open to everyone; the public artist profile is a feature of Participating membership.
Can I pay by cheque instead of online?
Yes. Choose your tier, let us know, and an administrator will mark your membership as paid. Online payments are handled securely through Stripe.
